Art & Craft Classes

Art and craft sessions offer tactile, sensory-rich experiences in a relaxed, inclusive environment. Participants might explore painting, collage, clay modelling, jewellery making or digital art, using adaptive tools as needed. These creative activities help develop fine motor coordination, boost self‑esteem, reduce stress, and foster a sense of independence and pride in one’s creations. Group-based crafts also encourage social connection and supportive peer interaction

Participants can enjoy simple outdoor games, nature walks, or just peaceful time together surrounded by greenery. Garden Maintenance & Activities

Gardening activities—such as planting, watering, weeding, or tending flowers—offer gentle physical activity and sensory interaction. Horticultural participation supports motor skills, cognitive awareness, responsibility, and emotional wellness. Working together in a shared garden fosters teamwork and pride in nurturing living things

 

 

Dinner Dates

Organised dinner outings—such as group meals at accessible restaurants or home-style dinners—offer social and communication-rich experiences. Dining helps participants practise etiquette, choice-making, and social interaction in a community setting. It can boost confidence, build conversational skills, and foster greater inclusion.

 

 

Zoo, Aquarium & wildlife Trip

A trip to the zoo offers participants the excitement of seeing wildlife, walking through accessible pathways, enjoying visual and auditory stimulation, and learning about different species. It provides community immersion, physical activity, and multisensory engagement—ideal for groups seeking exploration, education, and shared enjoyment.

 

 

Entertainment Centre Visits

Trips to local entertainment centres—such as inclusive sensory play spaces, community theatres, or accessible arcades—encourage spontaneous fun, movement, and creativity. These outings can help participants build social skills, confidence, and community engagement while enjoying games, music, or light physical activity in a supportive, sensory‑aware setting.

 

 

Music Therapy

Music therapy is a structured, evidence-based program led by qualified therapists that may include singing, instrument play, improvisation, songwriting or listening to music. This form of therapy can improve communication, mood regulation, emotional expression, memory, planning, and motor coordination—even when verbal skills are limited. It’s accessible to all ability levels and supports growth across social, cognitive, emotional, and physical domains
